Permanent makeup marketing pricing, posted for studios and booth artists

Permanent makeup marketing pricing should not need a consultation of its own to find out. Every plan below is a monthly fee, and the ad plans leave ad spend out because the platform bills that part directly.

Search plans, from a lean booth with a site to a studio with a bench

Silver is for studios that already have a website. Gold and Platinum include a site we manage, and the page counts step up with how many styles, towns and artists you want covered.
  • Organic Growth Silver

    $1,495/mo

Your existing website stays as it is. We build around it with fresh pages, a tuned Maps listing and a one-page facts summary that guide brow and lip researchers to your studio.

    • A set of twenty-five fresh landing pages per month, each answering one pre-booking question about choosing an artist
    • Four Strategic Content Assets monthly, each grown from a question in that same pre-booking stretch
    • An audit of slow pages, thin titles, dead links and oversized images, with the repairs made by us
    • A Google Business Profile that is tidied up, with its service area held to towns your artists can sensibly reach
    • Overlapping listings merged, and a relaxed, regular routine for inviting reviews
    • A one-page summary of styles, locations and booking steps, refreshed so AI assistants always have current facts to quote
    • A report at each month's close that lines up calls and consultation requests against the pages we put live
  • Organic Growth Platinum

    $3,495/mo

Our heaviest monthly page load, a fit for groups with several locations, a full bench of artists, or brows, lips and liner all sold under one name.

    • A set of one hundred fresh landing pages per month, each answering one pre-booking question about choosing an artist
    • Twelve Strategic Content Assets monthly, each grown from a question in that same pre-booking stretch
    • A custom studio website that we design and host, then edit whenever its pages need a change
    • Updates, hosting and security on the site are handled by us, never by your team
    • Space reserved for new locations, styles and towns whenever the studio takes on more

Plans roll over monthly. Retiring one is like pulling a shade from the tray: let us know ahead of the coming invoice and nothing further is billed.

Ad plans, counted by how many platforms carry your styles

Pick any of Google Ads, then Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), then Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and each one chosen counts as a platform. The ad spend itself stays outside these fees and goes from you to the platform.
  • One ad platform

    $895/mo

Choose the single platform that suits the studio. Our team builds the campaign, writes the ads and keeps adjusting them, while the platform sends its click bill straight to you.

    • Your choice of one: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
    • The account is registered to you, and we are added as a manager
    • Ad wording, keyword lists and call tracking are drafted and trialed ahead of launch
    • Negative keywords turn away course shoppers, supply buyers and makeup-aisle searches
    • Clicks are paid by you to the platform, never to us
    • Each month a sheet pairs the ad budget with calls and consultation requests logged
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/mo

The three big platforms, run as a single plan with a single report. The platforms collect their own click charges, while a single flat fee pays for all of our building and upkeep.

    • Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) planned as one set
    • All three accounts are registered to you, with us added as manager
    • Ad wording, keyword lists and call tracking are drafted and trialed ahead of launch
    • Negative keywords turn away course shoppers, supply buyers and makeup-aisle searches
    • Each platform charges you for clicks directly, outside our invoice
    • Each month a sheet pairs the ad budget with calls and consultation requests logged

Plans roll over monthly. Retiring one is like pulling a shade from the tray: let us know ahead of the coming invoice and nothing further is billed.

Choosing a plan by the shape of your studio

Start from the calendar, not the fee. A lone artist in a rented booth, with a few styles and one town, may need little beyond a page per style and a map listing. An owner-run studio with a bench of artists has more pages to write, because every artist and every style is a different searcher's question.

The website changes the choice. If your current site buries the consultation request or cannot be edited without a developer, Gold or Platinum puts a managed site in our hands. If the site is working, Silver leaves it alone. Groups with several locations tend toward Platinum, since each location needs its own pages.

Before choosing a plan: what owners ask about fees

Is a month really the whole agreement for a booth artist or a group of studios?

Yes. Each plan renews monthly, with no paperwork to sign and no startup fee at the door. It works like a consultation request: each one is handled on its own, and nobody owes the next. Stopping needs no reason.

When a lip blush campaign runs, who pays Google or Meta for the clicks?

You do, directly. Our fee for paid ads management is $895 monthly for one platform, $1,595 for two and $2,295 for three. The clicks themselves are bought from the platform and never appear here.

Does a permanent makeup studio need Gold to get a new website?

Gold ($2,495 a month) and Platinum ($3,495) each come with a custom website that we manage, hosting and upkeep included. Silver ($1,495) fits a studio that keeps its current site. We do not sell a website separately.

Does a Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaign count as one platform for a brow studio?

Yes, it is one platform, on the same footing as Google Ads or Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising). Choose one, two or all three, and the fee follows the count.

Which chair needs more consultation requests this month: brows, lips or liner?

Name the styles you would like to book more often, the towns your regulars drive in from and how the calendar looks right now. Back comes one monthly figure and an honest opinion on the first thing worth trying. Client names and photos stay out of the note, because it is a marketing chat and never a booking.

The color wheel, the brow and the liner stroke are drawings. None of them is a sample of anyone's work, and they say nothing about any studio or any client.
